TS Data, LLC, doing business as AC Breakz (“AC Breakz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website at https://acbreakz.net (the “Site”), a retail location at 5020 Wellington Ave, Ventnor Plaza, Ventnor City, NJ 08406, and live streaming channels on third-party platforms including TikTok and Whatnot.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

2. Scope - What This Policy Does and Does Not Cover

This policy covers information we collect through this website

It does not cover

  • Purchases made on TikTok or Whatnot : When you buy a break slot or any other item through TikTok, TikTok Shop, or Whatnot, that transaction is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and terms. We receive only the information those platforms provide to us as a seller.
  • Discord : Our community server is hosted by Discord and governed by Discord's privacy policy.
  • Other linked sites : Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Maps, or any other third party are outside this policy.
  • In-store visits and purchases, except as described in Section 5.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform you use to interact with us.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Give Us Directly

  • Contact form : When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject line, and message content.
  • Direct communications : If you email, call, or message us, we retain the contents of that communication and your contact details.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our web host may automatically collect standard server-log information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is generated in the ordinary course of operating any website and is used for security and to keep the Site running properly.

We do not currently use analytics services, advertising pixels, or marketing trackers (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta/Facebook Pixel, or the TikTok Pixel) on the Site. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

3.3 Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function properly and securely, including those set by our WordPress platform and our web host. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

3.4 Third-Party Embedded Content

The Site embeds content hosted by third parties. When that content loads, the third party may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, even if you do not click or interact with it. Embedded content currently includes:

  • TikTok : our video feed and links to @acbreakz
  • Google Maps : our store location map

5. In-Store Information

If you visit our retail location:

  • If you sell cards or collectibles to us, we may be required by law to record identifying information about you and the items sold, and to retain and produce those records to law enforcement.
  • In-store card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including our web host and, where applicable, our payment processor and shipping carriers. These providers may access personal information only to perform their services for us.
  • Third-party platforms, as described in Sections 2 and 3.4, when you choose to interact with embedded content or follow links to those platforms.
  • Legal and safety disclosures : when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a government request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AC Breakz, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers : if AC Breakz is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Contact form submissions are stored in our WordPress system and in our email until we manually delete them. We remove submissions we no longer need.
  • Server logs are retained by our web host according to its standard practices.
  • Transaction and tax records are retained as required by applicable law.

8. Your Choices

  • Email : If you have contacted us and would like us to delete your message and contact details, email us at acbreakz@gmail.com and we will remove them, unless we are required to keep them by law.
  • Cookies : You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — such as the right to know what we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Because we collect only limited information through the Site — primarily what you send us through the contact form — responding to most requests is straightforward.
